2 sheets of round puff pastry
6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
100 gr fresh ricotta
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
300 gr of Beef tagliata ( a lovely cut)
How to procede:
slice the zucchini thin, cut the tomatoes in half, mix with the fresh ricotta, add some oil, spices, salt and pepper.
In a mold put the first sheet of puff pastry, add the mixture, put the beef on top of that, pour some oil seasoned with peppercorns.
Add the second sheet of puff pastry.
Close the edge.
Do an egg wash, sprinkle some sesame or poppy seeds on top.
Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 30- 35 minutes.
Check your own oven the first time, when puff pastry is ready, it will be fine.
